Traveling to Colombia during COVID19

Current status: Open with restrictions.

All passengers traveling to Colombia must present at the airport of origin PCR test with a negative result and issued within a term no longer than 96 hours before boarding. The cost of the test is the responsibility of each passenger.

Regarding vaccinations, Colombian authorities have not ruled on the acceptance of vaccination cards, for now, vaccinated travelers must comply with the travel requirements established by each government.

Passengers entering and leaving Colombia must present the immigration form at least 24 hours and up to 1 hour before traveling. You can find the form here

Additionally, international and national passengers must complete the information required in Coronapp either on the mobile app or online.

We advise that you travel with health insurance that can cover your expenses in the case you present symptoms during your stay in Colombia. Remember to always wear your face mask and follow all of the social distancing norms. If you are planning to visit other cities during your stay in Colombia please let us know so that we can provide more information.

As for now in the city of Medellin no quarantine restrictions have been imposed, restaurants and commerce are open to the public with appropriate biosecurity measures.
